Dan Neuenfeldt, a USAF Veteran, has led the company’s vision of leveraging edge computing, decentralized architectures, and artificial intelligence to set new standards for secure and seamless organizational communication.
With four decades of technology experience, Dan has built a career marked by innovation, growth, and leadership across global enterprises and entrepreneurial ventures.
Dan’s foundation in leadership and mission execution began in the United States Air Force, where he served on a Combat Control team. That experience instilled the discipline, resilience, and operational focus that continue to shape his approach to business and technology leadership today.
Recognized as a results-driven executive, Dan combines strategic vision with execution excellence, guiding organizations to innovate securely, operate efficiently, and scale successfully in today’s complex global landscape.

With four decades of technology experience, Dan has built a career marked by innovation, growth, and leadership across global enterprises and entrepreneurial ventures.
He is also the Founder and Owner of Vendor Authority, which since 2008 has provided electronic manufacturing representation and strategic growth solutions to clients worldwide.

Cary Capece
CTO, CFO, & Co-Founder
With over four decades of leadership experience in technology, security, file transfer and enterprise collaboration, Cary Capece has held senior executive roles including CEO and Co-Founder of Alltana, Inc., and SVP of Sales and Business Development at IBM’s Aspera division.
Cary played a key role in the successful exit when IBM purchased Aspera, Inc. in 2014.
In addition to his corporate leadership, Cary is the Founder and Managing Director of Make Austin Clean, a community-driven sustainability initiative.
A veteran of the United States Air Force, he brings discipline and mission focus to every endeavor, combining technical innovation with a passion for building organizations that operate efficiently, securely, and with lasting impact.
DR. DAVID AKOPIAN
Dr. David Akopian
Chief Science Advisor
Dr. David Akopian, Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering and Associate Dean of Research at The University of Texas at San Antonio, brings over two decades of innovation in mobile computing, sensor fusion, and intelligent communication platforms.
He is the inventor of the DashMessaging Framework, a patented deep-logic chatbot and expert-protocol platform that integrates AI and long-duration automated dialog systems for mission-critical applications.
Dr. Akopian's research has been supported by the National Science Foundation, U.S. Department of the Air Force, and U.S. Department of the Army, among others, with more than 35 patents and 250 publications across positioning, navigation, and digital health systems.
As the founder of the Software Communication and Navigation Systems Lab (SCNS), he has mentored over a hundred graduate students now working at leading technology companies such as Apple, Google, Qualcomm, and Intel.
A Fellow of the National Academy of Inventors and a Senior Member of IEEE, Dr. Akopian combines academic rigour with a practical focus on translating research into scalable, real-world solutions that advance secure, intelligent, and autonomous communication system.
